We have priesthood authority when we have stewardship - how can we use priesthood authority in the stewardship of the Earth or its creations? Make it part of our conversations—our lingo—our actions. How to teach balance? How to actively use our priesthood authority to benefit the Earth?
Earthing/Grounding Practices:
Try earthing by going for a walk barefoot, or by sitting or lying on the ground with your bare skin touching the earth for 10-15 minutes
Looking at the sky for 10 minutes within one hour of waking - outside - to balance circadian rhythms
Sitting on a chair, feet on the ground, facing the sun, meditating, releasing, and receiving, thank the Earth, for at least 15 minutes, express thanks to her body.
Upon awakening, place hands on stomach or heart for 10-15 minutes - also grounding benefits
Open arms outside and gather in the good energy
Sweep and Clean: Set phone alarm to slow down, pray, and recognize the good around you - 3x daily (remove the unneeded from life)
